Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.>All payments to Point A To B Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable>Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued ID. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please make your reservations today to lock in your price. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.>You can log on to Wetravel 24 hours to review your account>Name changes are allowed with approval and a $50 name change fee.  No changes will be allowed within 60 days of departure. 

DEPOSIT INFO: 

1.  The initial deposit deadline is April 30, 2026. Any reservations made AFTER this date are subject to the vendor's price change (if any) and room availability. 

2. All roommates must pay their deposit to reserve the room. 

3. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel.  Your account will be automatically debited according to the payment schedule in your WeTravel account and the confirmation email.  Please be advised that you will see a 1% WeTravel layaway fee.

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by sending an email to info@pointatobtravel.com.  Any change requests sent via methods other than email will be ignored. While we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned and are here to make your experience as seamless as possible, please note that we are unable to assist if your message is not sent through the proper channels. 

5.  Please note that participation in the festivities attached to this event can only be purchased from the organizers of the group.  At this time, this package does not offer ANY a-la-carte items.  Fees for the private on-board activities are included in the package price.  

6.  We reserve the right to update/change rates where there is an error.  Any changes over $150 will be sent to the client to approve. 

**Please further note that all prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Point A To B Travel, LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect any and all increases resulting from currency devaluation.

We like to have "happy clients". If you cannot attend this trip, we would love to have you reschedule with us for a future event. Please see the Travel Protection Insurance section below to learn how to avoid losing your entire investment should you be unable to attend this trip. 

COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen: a missed flight, illness while on vacation, or a family emergency.  

If you choose a "Cancel for any Reason" policy- which is our recommendation- most carriers will require that you buy the policy within 0-14 days of the initial purchase; however, some require purchase on the day of your initial deposit. This will depend on the company.  You will also be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.
