Important Booking Policies:

• All payments to Point A To B Travel are non-refundable or transferable. 
• Reservations must be made using your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued ID.  
• Prices are subject to change without notice. We strongly encourage you to book early to secure the current rate.  
• The payment schedule must be followed to keep your reservation active and in good standing.  
• You may access your reservation and payment status 24/7 via WeTravel.  
• Name changes are permitted for a $50 fee.  
• All roommates must submit their deposits to secure the room.                                                          
• Know your roommate: If a roommate cancels, the total cost of the room still applies. We will proceed with collecting payments, and the remaining guest will be accountable for the full balance.
• Payments are processed through WeTravel. Payment reminders will be sent to the email address used at registration.

• If you choose to cancel, all reservations are non-refundable or transferable.
   

• This policy exists because our agency secures special, non-refundable agreements with vendors to offer you lower package prices and flexible monthly payment plans. Once bookings are confirmed, these vendors do not offer refunds.
