Booking Terms & Policies – Point A To B Travel

By making a reservation for this travel package, you are acknowledging and accepting the following Terms and Policies in full:

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   Booking this package constitutes your full agreement to Point A To B Travel's Terms and Policies.

2. Payments:

   • All payments made to Point A To B Travel are strictly non-refundable.

   • A payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current and in good standing.

3. Reservation Details:

   • Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.

   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Secure your rate by making your reservation and paying on time.

4. Roommate Responsibility:

   • Choose your roommate carefully. If applicable, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate also makes timely payments. Check in with your roommate and make sure they are making timely payments.

   • Should your roommate cancel or fail to pay, you will be held financially responsible for the balance of the room.

5. Account Access:

   • You may log into your account on WeTravel at any time (24/7) to review your reservation and payment status.

6. Name Changes:

   • Name changes are permitted with prior approval and are subject to a $50 name change fee.

7. Late Payments:

   • A $50 late payment fee will be applied for any payment made after the scheduled due date. This fee will accrue monthly and be added to your final balance.

     You have the option to make payments early or wait until the final due date, but any missed or delayed payments will result in the automatic application of the late fee.

DEPOSIT TERMS & BOOKING INFORMATION
Your reservation will not be confirmed without the required deposit. Please read the following carefully:

1. Deposit Deadline & Pricing:

   • Any reservations made on or after May 31, 2026, are subject to vendor price changes (if applicable) and room availability at the time of booking. We intentionally lowered the down payment to ensure everyone books by May 31, if possible.

2. Roommate Deposits:

   • All roommates must submit their deposit for the room to be officially reserved. Incomplete roommate deposits will result in an incomplete reservation.

3. Payment Processing:

   • Payments are invoiced and processed via WeTravel.

   • All payments are automatically deducted according to the selected plan. Processing fees apply—no exceptions.

4. Reservation Changes:

   • Any changes to your reservation must be submitted via email only to:

5. Responsibility for Registered Guests:

   • If you register or book on behalf of others (e.g., roommates), all payments will be charged to the payment method on file, and you will be fully responsible for ensuring payments are made throughout the duration of the payment plan.

We're committed to making your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We also understand that unexpected changes may arise.

Participation in group festivities and activities must be purchased directly through the organizers. This travel package is not sold à la carte—individual components cannot be purchased separately.

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future.  See Travel Protection Insurance below.

Covid19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen: a missed flight, illness while on vacation, or a family emergency.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend travel insurance.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should), most carriers require that you buy the policy within 7 to 14 days of the initial purchase, and some require it on the day of your initial deposit.  You will be required to confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance.  Attached is a link to purchase you can utilize to purchase a plan:
